#1 All War Monkey members must wear a helmet at all times when on any Rides with the War Monkey motorcycle Club.
 
#2 No stunting will be allowed at any time when on official rides.
 
#3 Since War Monkeys is an actual Motorcycle Club ranks an positions will be given out. Any member not following rules and regulations or listening to senior members may result in a member surrendering his or her colors or rank.
 
#4 All members Motorcycles must be kept in  good working order for the safety of the member riding it and the safety of other club members.
 
#5 All war monkey ranking members will conduct themselves in a manner that will not do any harm to their fellow members. Any negative conduct or failure to follow rules or guidelines or not carrying out the duty's of their position may result in the member surrendering their rank or colors and may be asked to leave the club.
 
 
These rules an guidelines are not in any one order and any violation of rules may result in a member losing his or her club position. Since War Monkeys is a club we are certain that issues may come up that their may not be a rule or regulation for. If such issue arises then the senior ranking members will make a decision as to what action should be taken.
